How Long Will It Take?
Following our initial meeting, either in person or by telephone, we aim to provide you with a draft of your Will within seven working days.

​Our Fixed Fees

• Single Will:              £300 + VAT (£360)
• Mirror/Joint Wills: £450 + VAT (£540)
• Codicil:                  £120–£150 + VAT  - depending on the complexity and extent of the alterations​

• All necessary appointments and correspondence

Disbursements

Additional costs may include:

• £7.00 for an official copy from the Land Registry to determine property ownership status
• £7.20 per person for an electronic ID check 

Meet Our Team

Law Society Accredited

The Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS) is a respected accreditation awarded by the Law Society. It is available only to law firms and organisations that are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).

To qualify for WIQS, the Senior Responsible Officer or Head of Department must have at least three years’ experience in drafting Wills and handling estate administration.

All accredited solicitors and relevant team members must complete mandatory training on the WIQS standards. Ongoing compliance is ensured through annual re-accreditation and regular checks by the Law Society, giving clients confidence in receiving reliable, high-quality advice they can trust.
