Our ProcessAt your initial appointment, we’ll gather the necessary information to draft your documents. If anything is missing, we’ll prepare what we can and finalise the paperwork once the remaining details are provided.
Once signed, we submit the forms to the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) for registration. This usually takes about eight weeks. Around four weeks in, we will receive and confirm your registration date. Once registered, the original LPA will be sent to your first (or only) attorney, with copies sent to you and any additional attorneys. our feesService Price (excl. VAT) Price (incl. VAT)
