Alletsons Solicitors holds accreditation under the Law Society’s Lexcel quality mark for legal practice management, as well as the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) and the Wills & Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS).
In addition, several members of our Family Law team hold individual accreditations in Family Law and Children Law, recognising their specialist expertise in these areas.

Complaints should be submitted in writing (an email is acceptable). We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days and aim to respond fully within 14 days. If we need to retrieve archived material, we will let you know and keep you informed throughout. If you remain dissatisfied after our final response, you may refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman:
